Folks always ask us how Goldrush Jerky got its name. We tell them that producing a 100% beef snack, slow cooked and smoked to perfection, takes patience, determination and a pioneering spirit—just like those fortune-seeking forty-niners. Back then, a miner’s diet was limited to foods that could survive the long journey. Dried meat was a staple.
Today, there’s a taste of adventure in every tender, juicy bite of Goldrush Beef Jerky and Beef Smokies.
Founded in 1997, Goldrush produces the highest quality meat snacks right here in Litchfield, Ohio. We use only the premium cuts of lean meat and the highest quality herbs and spices, slow-cooked and smoked in our ever-expanding production facility. Our products are USDA inspected and approved, so you know you’re getting the highest quality beef snacks available. To take our quality further, we also achieved an SQF Level 2 Certification.
